Hello Frank, it is the correct date/place. Indeed the typed correction states that the original did not mention Judocus to be widower of Adriana Maria van Dooremaal, but this is merely typed there to underline that there is a lot of misinformation in the original certificate. Helene Couenberg, who is mentioned as the mother of the deceased is, in fact, the mother of his first wife.
Adriana died mai 4th 1811 and Judocus married again.

Thanks Bram. It seems my translation of "correction" was flawed.
If I understand correctly; the "akte" combined with "correction" tells us:

moeder van Hendrica Snellen (N.N.) trouw: 1) Hendrik Snellen-Timmermans 2) 08-oct-1792 Laurens Hosemens.
Hendrik Snellen ovl 27-jun-1786.

Hi Frank, I'd say you are almost fully correct.
One small exception: Helena Couenberg is mentioned in the original certificate, but it is unclear whoms mother she actually is. That she is in fact the mother of Adriana Maria van Dooremaal (born january 24th, 1774) is derived from other certificates.
Furthermore, the maiden name of the mother of Hendrica Snellen is Timmermans. So Hendrik Snellen is married to a woman named NN Timmermans.
