The marriage and the papers that had to be handed over before the marriage ("huwelijkse bijlagen") can be found on FamilySearch too.
The baptism of Fredericus can be found on this site (www.bhic.nl, voorouders -> "Wat zit erin" -> Grave -> Rooms-Katholiek dopen book 3, scan 60.
Grave -> Nederduits Gereformeerd Trouwen book 18, scan 262 : the marriage of Nicolaas en Theodora. Nicolaas was a soldier, bon in Heere close to Maastricht.

I looked at the GenDaLim7 cd-rom and I've found two baptisms; one of them might be the one you're searching for:

Dopeling Nicolaus Vanhees
Vader van de dopeling Josephus Vanhees

Martin, -- Perhaps this helps too; or you may know all this already as well?

Nicolaas van Hees died on 17 October 1807 in Grave. In the extract of the death certificate (to be found with the marriage supplements in 1814, when his son Fredrik married) it is noted: Nicolaas van Hees, died 17 October 1807, buried 119th Oct 1807, 64 years old, widower, lived with 3 children in Brakken Wijk B nr. 45.
Theodora Kuijtenbrouwer was buried 4th May 1804 in Grave.

If his age is correctly noted then he was born around 1740-1745 in Heer (near Maastricht as is noted in the DTB books in 1767).

Then I can go with what Dorethé found already in the transcripties [to be found in the GDL cd]: That he was born in 1744?
The other two Nicolaas van Hees, baptized in Heer were in 1734 and in 1683.

Help again. I've tried to get to the websites you've listed in your e-mails but I cannot seem to get into them. Could you provide the information on how you got this data?
Helena zei op 29 maart 2011 om 05:17
@ Martin, -- Dorethé gave you already
- the link to the death certificate of Hendrikus Frederikus van Hees. Just copy that link [ starting with https:// ] into the url-bar [or perhaps you call it address bar] in your browser and click enter. It will bring you directly to the page.
- also gave you where you can find the scan of the baptism entry of Fredericus here in the BHIC site. Just follow her instructions.
- Also the marriage entry in 1767: Go here in this site [BHIC] to 'Stamboom' -> 'Voorouders binnen Brabant' -> 'Wat zit erin' -> Dopen Trouwen en Begraven -> Grave -> Nederduits Gereformeerd Trouwen book 18, and find then scan 262 [of the 444 scans].

The other links: Just copy those links that start with https://

The marriage supplements - that are part of the marriage papers in 1814- can be found [with some patience] in the FS site too. Once you start searching in these files you soon will find out in which order they are arranged]. Sometimes easy to find, sometimes harder. Be patient.

I made it easy for you now: The supllements belonging to that marriage in 1814 can be found via this long link:
https://www.familysearch.org/s/image/show#uri=http%3A//pilot.familysearch.org/records/pal%3A/MM9.1.i/dgs%3A004555086.004555086_00004&hash=Mrd8SMocDIIen2Q83tu%252B82PRagg%253D

Then go to image 295 of the 461 that are available in this film. The ones applicable for this marriage are image 295-302. Good luck!

Dear Martin,
we've also received a reaction on your question from one of our visitors. Perhaps it can help you.

Nicolaas van Hees as a soldier from Heer near Maastricht married in Grave on 8-7-1767 with Theodora Kuitenbrouwer, widow from Theodorus Vermont, from Dordrecht.
They have 3 children (all born in Grave):
13-12-1768 Joannes Fredericus, with withnesses Joannes van Hees en Maria Kruse
1-12-1771 Henricus Frederikus, with witnesses Fredericus van Hees en Henrica van de Mont.
16-3-1777 Fredericus, only Henrica Kuitenbrouwer is mentioned as a witness.
Perhaps it's an idea to ask your question at the prikbord of the 'Regionaal Historisch Centrum Limburg'.
Good luck and with best regards,
